A cute floppy eared bunny lovey is a great baby shower gift. This pattern works up quickly and makes an adorable rabbit amigurumi with an attached blanket. The Granny stitch is a fun stitch and is a universally useful technique to master.

This toy does not use hard eyes, so it is safer for babies or small children. Do not put this or any soft toy in a crib while a baby is sleeping to reduce risks of suffocation.

Easy. Need to have knowledge of single crochet (sc), double crochet (dc), slip stitch (sl st), increase and decreases, and some experience with amigurumi part attachment.

Finished blanket measures 18 inches x 18 inches

G (4.5 mm) hook
Bernat Softee Baby in Flannel (A) about 200 yds, Grey Marl (B) about 150 yds, and White (C) about 150 yds.
Lion Brand Bon-Bons in Light Pink (D), Black (E) and White (F) (or similar baby weight/sport weight yarn (size 3) for details)
