I bought a pattern, and I can’t find it/download it!
I’m more than happy to help you find or download your pattern on the device of your choice. This guide should help you navigate your download process.
I Bought My Pattern On Ravelry
Step 1: Check your email and your spam folder for the order confirmation. Within your receipt will be a link to download your files.
Step 2: Log in to your Ravelry account and go to your Library. On the left side, there is a folder called “Purchases” that will have all of your purchased patterns in it. Check here for your Hooked by Kati purchase and download the file.
I Bought My Pattern On Etsy
Step 1: Check your email and your spam folder for the order confirmation. Within your receipt will be a link to download your files.
Step 2: The easiest way to get to your purchase file is to log in to Etsy and go to “Purchases” in the drop down menu. Next to the transaction will be a button labeled “Download Files.”
If you are having trouble downloading your file on a mobile device, open Etsy.com in your browser (not the app), then go to your profile, “Purchases,” and download the file from the list of your recent purchases.
If the Etsy app force opens when you type in the web address, you may need to temporarily uninstall the Etsy app. Then you can access Etsy.com through the browser to download your file.
If you are getting an error, you may be signed in to a different Etsy account than that of the purchase. Double check your confirmation email to make sure your Etsy email address matches the address that received the confirmation. If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may have gone to a different email address.
I Bought My Pattern On The Hooked By Kati Shop
Step 1: Check your email and your spam folder for the order confirmation. Within your receipt will be a link to download your files.
Step 2: If you have created an account on the Hooked by Kati Shop (highly recommended), you can access all of your purchases from your Account Dashboard. Log in and Click “Downloads.” A list of your purchased patterns will appear with download buttons.
I Tried All The Things! I Still Need Help!
If you have logged into your respective account and you still can’t find the pattern, email me at hookedbykati@gmail.com. Please provide
- where you purchased the pattern (Ravelry, Etsy, or HbK Shop)
- your order number
- Paypal transaction number (if applicable)
- email address associated with your account
- which pattern(s) you purchased
I will help you find a way to get your pattern.
Please keep in mind I do not email pattern PDF files directly. Why? Lots of reasons, actually. File sizes are often too big to email (especially pattern bundles), I am not always near the files to be able to attach them to an email, and saved emails can get lost/corrupted easily and are not a reliable way to store your patterns.
Why Can’t I Download My Pattern Anymore?
If you purchased on the Hooked by Kati Shop, you are given five(5) downloads of each pattern you buy. This should give you plenty of downloads to put your pattern on all of your devices (phone, tablet, computers, etc.) The number of downloads you have remaining is listed in your account in the “Downloads” section.
If you accidentally max out these downloads or you get new devices and you can’t move your old downloads, I can help you. Email me at Kati@hookedbykati.com.
There is now expiration date on your downloads, so you can access them as long as you have a Hooked by Kati Shop account.
